I’m a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT-P) with over 7 years of experience across EMS, critical care transport, and hospital-based ICU support. My career has taken me from frontline 911 response to neonatal flight transport and COVID-19 ICU deployment. Each role has sharpened my ability to lead, adapt, and deliver under pressure. As a Field Training Officer and certified Fire Instructor I, I take pride in mentoring others and ensuring operational excellence. I’ve worked in both rural and urban systems, operated independently on ALS units, and collaborated closely with hospital teams to improve continuity of care. Currently based in Fort Worth and transitioning into nursing, I’m looking for new opportunities in healthcare leadership or clinical coordination. I want to bring my field-level insight, instructional experience, and systems mindset to roles that support better patient outcomes at scale.
