In my current role, I work with a cross-functional team of marketing, sales, product development, and customer service professionals to investigate consumer buying psychology and behavior, collect and analyze competitive intelligence, and propose future market development directions and plans. I also oversee the marketing information collection, processing, communication, and confidentiality systems, ensuring that the data is accurate, timely, and secure. I am motivated by the vision and mission of Origins, which is to create natural and sustainable cosmetics that enhance the beauty and well-being of customers. I value innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my previous work as a supervisor at Clinique and my international education.
