This hands-on involvement has not only strengthened my technical expertise but has also sharpened my ability to manage complex projects and ensure seamless execution.As the senior technician leading our projects team, I have been responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes assessing client requirements, coordinating with various teams, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. I thrive in this role because it allows me to apply both my technical skills and strategic thinking to create outcomes that drive client satisfaction and long-term success.
