Offering 25 years of well-honed experience in HSE Management Programs, I have extensive experience creating, developing, evolving, and implementing digital platform systems. These tools have improved production and information to end users and decision-makers alike. I also have a solid track record integrating HSE systems from existing and acquired organizations into a “One” system concept. Responsible for validation of systems and audit management. With a strong ability to analyze operations and identify solutions, I implement improvement plans that generate measurable results, improve operational effectiveness, and achieve organizational KPIs. Additionally, I have experience with mergers, acquisitions, corporate due diligence and enterprise risk management ERM. I strive to build strong sustainable relationships and secure consensus among cross-functional team members for key initiatives. I believe in building effective teams that are committed to continuous improvement and working together to achieve results for stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. Advanced leadership training has allowed me to progress and work collaboratively in a multi industry employer setting while advancing my skillset and my ability to lead functional and cross functional teams.
