About Stuart Abrahams

My core skill is helping individuals, teams and organisations become unstuck; to get to the very heart of challenging issues that can impact on outputs. That might mean surfacing the things no one is saying, spotting shifts in motivation, or rebuilding trust where it has become frayed. My unique lived experience is working with executive directors, leaders of trade unions and professional associations, as well as change-makers. I have seen what works, what doesn’t, and how to create space for honest conversations that lead to real and sustainable change that actually sticks. My strong interpersonal skills help create the right environment for positive engagement through reflection, active listening and experiential learning. The methods that I use are coaching, facilitation, mentoring and creative problem-solving, to help individuals and teams move forward with energy and clarity. I am able to offer a wide range of tools and techniques for creating new perspectives. My style of delivery is warm, intuitive and I am able to very quickly build confidence amongst individuals and teams so that they feel they are entering into a safe space and feel supported to open up with their perspectives that will be genuinely heard. This delivery style has been echoed in the feedback received from many who have also described my sessions as empowering whilst also epitomising professionalism. Working in the room or virtually I am able to set the right mood from the very start, ask the right questions, adapt quickly when guiding the conversations, ensure solid time management, remain focused on what actually matters in any session, and steer the conversation towards a decision point or action setting moments.
