I am an UC Engineer with 12 years’ experience in the industry. My main areas of expertise include First and Second level support within the Unified communications environment which includes incident problem resolution for voice system services, voice applications, unified coms and related operating systems to meet or exceed SLA targets. I am analytically minded and work well under pressure. My excellent communication skill with colleagues at all levels and my precise eye for detail ensures that the quality of my work is always at its best. Although I have a high level of self-motivation, I am able to perform superbly as part of a team as well. Either way, I aim to provide the best level of client satisfaction possible. My Career Objective is To secure a position where I can utilise my skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding role that fosters personal growth and development.
