I have always been driven to explore complex systems and processes, and my curiosity led me into an industry and career path that involves extensive troubleshooting of organizational sales performance solutions for technology providers. Serving as the National Sales Manager at ABB, a Swedish-Swiss multinational corporation that operates mainly in the areas of robotics, power, and automation technology, I built and directed a team to drive the growth of a new product line involving data center monitoring and cloud expansion. Developing and driving the direct, partner, and channel sales ecosystem strategy, closing client engagements and defining business strategies to optimize new opportunities have been central to my success. With a focus on embracing accountability and developing core people assets, I have been instrumental in growing client revenues. In short, I have been fortunate that my roles have allowed me to solve complex issues on a domestic and global scale and provide industry thought leadership.
