With nearly four decades of experience standing at the intersection of criminal investigation and enterprise cyber security, I've dedicated my career to helping organisations respond to their worst day with clarity, confidence, and resilience. My Journey My career began in U.K. law enforcement, where I spent 21 years investigating complex criminal cases and developing the investigative discipline that remains the foundation of effective incident response. During this time, I witnessed firsthand how critical forensic rigour and methodical investigation are to achieving successful outcomes. For the past 18 years, I've applied this expertise in the global private sector, where I've managed over cyber incidents across multiple continents and industries. From ransomware attacks and data breaches to insider threats and advanced persistent threats, I've helped organisations navigate some of their most challenging moments. What I Bring The combination of law enforcement rigour and enterprise agility gives me a unique perspective. I understand both the technical and human elements of incident response: forensic analysis and evidence preservation, stakeholder communication and business continuity, and everything in between. Throughout my career, I've built and led high-performing digital forensics and incident response teams, and held strategic senior management and executive positions where I've shaped organisational cyber resilience strategies. Today As Managing Director of our boutique cyber security consultancy, I lead a team dedicated to one mission: helping organisations prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents with minimal business impact.
