I am Currently working with Rio Tinto and Sodexo as Project lead Supervisor for the camp refurbishments at West Angeles.Quality and safety are key components on their sites for day-to day operations. My Diversity and skills as a site supervisor have meant that I have been able to build great rapport with their management teams as I take ownership of the project, our subcontractors, the safety of the site and the timely delivery of the project to a high standard. I have demonstrated strong technical and problem-solving skills in training and supervisory roles. I’m Committed to continuous improvement, I search for ways in which to improve efficiency, productivity and safety in all projects. I have proven to be capable of undertaking complex, high-end inspections and defect management.I hold a carpentry trade qualification of 15+yrs and have a high regard for quality workmanship and safety.
