Particular expertise in mental health support, business continuity management, major incident planning and Health & Safety including counter-terrorism in the tourism sector. Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers, contractors and internal/external stakeholders, across both individual sites and multi-site locations including in a matrix management environment. Significant experience in business restructuring and project management. Passionate advocate of mental health and a qualified Mental Health First Aid Supervisor and Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) Practitioner. Adaptable and confident, equally at ease working autonymously or as part of a team. Proven track-record in delivering large scale mass-participation events including multi-site music concert programmes, trade-shows, sporting events and high-profile activity such as supporting the 2012 Olympics Bid, Royal Visits and parallel events for the Tour De France.
