About Stuart Evans

Always eager to get the chance to tell a good story, I'm constantly looking for new projects which interest and excite me. Directing a series is one of those all-encompassing jobs where I love to live and breathe a show until it's attained its full potential. I have 34 years experience in animation, having started as an inbetweener in the far-off days of peg bars and cel paint, and over the years have learned from, and collaborated with, many good people, geniuses, and heroes. The variety of skills I've gathered through the years gives me a valuable insight into the entire process, and I enjoy working with a great team to bring a story to life. I have directed commercials, series, pilots, and features in a variety of 2D and 3D media, and when that isn't keeping me busy, I am constantly developing new ideas and projects with an eye to collaboration and production. Specialities: Showrunner, series direction, storyboard supervision, scripting, character design, voice direction, storyboard and visualisation, final mix.
