My experience of providing leadership and teaching for learning is always 'learning first', learning improved by analytical review of assessment records and data, learning which is able to be articulated and targeted. My vision: providing the latest educational pedagogy in practice while focusing on both staff and student pastoral care, building capacity through performance appraisal strategies which meet key functional competencies. My mission: ensuring effective partnership with parents and community to challenge the potential of each child, where a learner’s reflective thinking - through personal behaviours, academic rigour and international perspectives supports their future as an accountable global citizen. Middle aged, motivated and supportive leader - linked with business and educational acrement.
