I'm the Principal and Founder of Captivator Coaching and a senior facilitator for Lighthouse - a strategy, training and coaching firm. Over the last 30 years I've worked extensively in the accounting profession, financial services industry and management consulting field as a leader, practitioner, facilitator and coach. I'm an accredited coach, DiSC and HBDI facilitator. Through experience and formal training I've accumulated a vast range of knowledge and techniques that make a direct, positive impact on the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. I am convinced that ongoing investment in leadership, influencing and communication skills, the development of business acumen and targeted coaching are fundamental to personal and business success.
