I work at the forefront of digital and AI risk at McKinsey & Company. I help Senior Partners and Partners identify and manage technology-based risks across the Firm's North America engagements. These projects span cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI applications, advanced analytics (AI/ML), cloud transformations, and software development. My job is to make sure that the technology solutions we develop for our clients meet our high standards for security, integrity, and impact. My 13+ years of experience in strategy, risk management, and technology help me bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities at the intersection of innovation and risk. Prior to McKinsey, I played a key role in shaping Canada’s trust and safety legislation for social media, designed solutions to address complex cybersecurity, privacy, and data challenges, and led research and development projects in cybersecurity. I am passionate about the transformative power of technology to meaningfully improve our world.
