With over twenty years in business, I have gained a wide experience in many industry sectors over my career to date, and I aim to continue to meet and help people from all sectors of the community with their financial requirements. Hobsons was established in 1927 and is one of the leading independent accountancy practices in the East Midlands operating from offices in Nottingham and Newark. The practice has grown over the years by building strong relationships with its clients as well as within the local professional and business community. Hobsons provide a wide range of services to owner managed businesses, schools, charities and individuals throughout the East Midlands. These range from regulatory compliance services such as audit, to tax planning, business advice and payroll bureau. The firm has strong representation in the engineering, construction, motor trade, professional and education sectors. Another specialist area is forensic accounting, and in Hobsons were a founder member of NIFA, the network of independent forensic accounting practices. Specialties: My main specialisms relate to education, healthcare, charities, and farming, as well as providing audit, accountancy and tax advice for family businesses in the SME sector.
