I’m a seasoned Business Systems Manager and process improvement strategist. I am known as someone who brings process innovation through the development and seamless execution of IT strategies that support business capabilities. If I had to describe myself with one phrase it would be, a problem solver. As a Business Systems Manager for WW Grainger (a leading MRO distributor) I delivered significant cost savings through leading the development and implementation/conversion of 4 US Distribution Centers onto the SAP EWM platform from a legacy warehouse system. That is great fun to me! My team exceeded the business expectations as well as had no negative impact to customer service.
