Over the past year, I've focused on account management, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. My journey began as an Account Executive, where I developed a keen understanding of client needs and strategic planning. Before transitioning to the Account Executive role, I spent 7 years as an AV Engineer, where I also took on the responsibilities of a team leader. This technical foundation and leadership experience have given me a unique perspective on the solutions we provide and the challenges our clients face. My hands-on experience in AV engineering allows me to offer practical insights and ensure seamless communication between technical teams and clients. I hold an Extron AV Associate certification and am currently working towards my Avixa CTS certification. These certifications reflect my commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry standards.
