I am a senior legal search and selection specialist based in Dubai, focusing on partner and associate-level hires for leading UK and US law firms across EMEA. I also recruit for in-house legal roles — from General Counsel to Assistant Counsel — within corporations and financial institutions. My work spans both retained and contingent search, with deep expertise in private practice and in-house legal headhunting. With over 17 years of legal recruitment experience, I have worked with many of the world’s most prestigious law firms — including Magic Circle, Silver Circle, and US White Shoe firms, as well as global and regional leaders — across Dubai, the wider Middle East, London, and New York. Originally qualified as a solicitor in 2006, I transitioned into legal recruitment upon qualification, combining legal insight with a strategic understanding of talent markets.
