My experience in the automotive and military-automotive industry prepared me with the skills that were needed to excel in my roles in the Heavy Equipment industry at Toromont CAT. Throughout my time at Toromont, I received my Project Management Certification, became a Professional Engineer and developed my managerial skills, providing me with a foundation of skills that are highly transferable. In my role as Director of Operations at Share Lawyers, I pushed sophisticated legal technology and automation to its limits to make one of the most efficient, streamlined firms in the industry excel at what it does. The firm didn't skip a beat when the pandemic hit, and continues to deliver high quality service to those who depend on them to fight for what they deserve. In my role as co-founder of GetLendy.ca I learned the hard way what it is to be a business owner, through all of the ups and downs and hard decisions, including the one to wind down the business and go back to what I'm really good at: helping other people make their successful businesses more efficient. That's why I started the Process Fixer, I get to spend my days working with multiple businesses, making the lives of their employees and owners easier. I love fixing problems, I love making tedious tasks disappear and uncovering the time-wasters people don't even know they do every day. I see opportunities and solutions where others don't even know where to begin.
