I have worked as an engineer, project manager, program manager, department manager and deputy division manager as a contractor to the Department of Energy since 2010. Presently, as a strategic and collaborative director-level program leader, I have distinguished myself by developing and transforming strategic capabilities in highly regulated industries. I turn around challenged programs and projects, removing barriers to success and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results that are aligned with rigorous and evolving government requirements. I drive change, leveraging my strong relationship-building and communication skills to promote the engagement and adoption of new concepts. I use data analytics and visualizations to simplify and elevate progress reporting and status updates to senior executives, high-level client stakeholders, and internal partners. I have active Top Secret clearance via the US Department of Energy. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career at Mission Support & Test Services: • Maximizing operational capabilities across multiple national high-hazard sites by building, consolidating, and accelerating comprehensive maintenance planning and support functions. • Reactivating stagnant projects and boosting client satisfaction by gaining cross-functional consensus, facilitating project prioritization, and securing annual funding up to $15M. • Reducing labor expenses by as much as $2.1M and significantly improving data integrity by introducing modernized automation platforms to replace legacy tasking systems.
