Originally from the United Kingdom and currently living in beautiful Sydney, I’ve enjoyed leadership roles with some of the world’s most iconic consumer goods companies. I have been responsible for businesses across the globe, such as the UK /Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Baltics, Australia, New Zealand and the US. I have significant experience transforming businesses in tough and complex operating environments around the world and have a track-record of refocusing organisations on the needs of their customers and consumers, developing an organisation’s culture and its people and making sure we do the right thing for the world in which we live to drive long-term value creation. A dedicated husband and father of three, I have been a Workplace Gender Equality (WGEA) Pay Ambassador, a member of Champions of Change Coalition and a founding member of the B Team Australasia. These appointments reflect my strong personal commitment to sustainable business and to enhancing the role corporations play in delivering value for society.
