My passion for technology and user experience led me to a career in IT, where I've spent the past 3+ years honing my skills in supporting diverse audiences. I thrive in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges with a mature and responsible approach. My bachelor's degree in information technology provides a strong foundation, while my collaborative spirit ensures seamless teamwork and excellent user support. Eager to use my technical ability and dedication to make a positive impact in a growth-oriented organization. After a few years of university experience, I joined UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. I chose UNHCR because of my complete belief in its ultimate goal "Protecting people who are forced to flee." I was passionate about my work in this Organization because I can make a difference by ensuring real time user support and proper system maintenance. At UNHCR, no matter what job you do, you are making a direct contribution to responding with life-saving support, safeguarding fundamental rights and building better futures for people forced to flee. I worked for the largest electricity distribution company in Uganda as an IT systems Administrator providing solutions to all sorts of IT related predicaments in order to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. As a Co-Founder Canine Safaris Limited a travel company based in Uganda I have developed the skill of itinerary making, administration and package creation. Tourism in our country is underrated and i have acquired the knowledge to maneuver through the highs and lows of the sector.
