My experiences have established me as a firm, reliable leader for developing project and program solutions with Defense Customers. As an ILS Manager, it is my responsibility to ensure quality logistics deliverables are executed both internally and externally. I ensure Customer relations are maintained by communicating effectively and developing clarity on evolving Customer requirements. I take pride in my ability to navigate complex situations and develop the talent of functional team members to contribute improved quality Logistic Products, while maintaining budget, scope, and schedule. I possess considerable experience managing all aspects of a project budget, schedule, and scope as well as a rich background of engineering principles from my University of Waterloo degree program and Diagnostics Engineering experience. My background in Wheeled Combat Vehicles and Naval Supply Systems has provided extensive insight into military procurement, logistics, and operational capabilities with considerable time spent on site with Customers and End Users. I enjoy new challenges where I can develop innovative solution and make defensible, rational decisions to maintain ownership of issues and create a better overall product for the Customer. I strive to be a leader among my peers and have a proven track record for setting standards, pursuing issue resolution, and developing program growth with quality deliverables.
