Dr. Jones has over 30 years of experience in higher education leadership. He is a highly successful and nationally recognized college enrollment professional having served at five institutions in different regions of the country. Dr. Jones consistently produced successful enrollment outcomes at each institution. New student enrollments, student retention, graduation rates, and net tuition revenue significantly increased under his leadership and experienced record enrollments. Dr. Jones is a transformational and empowering leader, effective change manager, campus-wide collaborator, and innovative thinker that transitions traditional and non-traditional enrollments from declining to thriving modes of operation. He has led institution-wide, strategic, comprehensive, systematic, and data-driven initiatives designed to identify, recruit, and retain students for traditional, graduate, adult, international, and online learners at main and regional campuses. Dr. Jones has received the national Noel-Levitz Marketing and Recruitment Excellence Award. He was also a finalist for the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers Strategic Enrollment Management Award of Excellence.
