Stuart is a senior transaction manager with a career spanning over 15 years at leading investment banks. He offers broad capital markets product coverage across all aspects of investment grade and emerging markets clients. He has significant experience leading, negotiating and structuring complex transactions and delivering successful outcomes while managing commercial, legal, reputational and regulatory risks in a fast-paced environment. Stuart provides high quality legal and regulatory advice to senior business management and external clients both on specific transactions and on an ad hoc basis. He works with compliance and COO to identify, address and manage risk and control matters and prepare and deliver internal training on all regulatory matters including MIFID II, PRIIPS, Market Abuse Regulation and CASS issues. He participates in industry groups including ICMA and FCA led working groups. Stuart manages drafting and legal and commercial negotiations of market leading transactions across the DCM space with the full range of products and jurisdictions. He provides extensive support to junior team members.
