About Stuart Kretch

Stuart Kretch is a technologist and management consultant with extensive solution implementation background. Stuart has deep understanding of Software Development, Supply Chain and Analytics – including Prescriptive, Predictive and Descriptive Analytics and has implemented a variety of application solutions – some complex - for many companies. A passion for quantitative solutions since high school has inspired him to deliver some state of the art solutions that produced strategic results. More recently, he’s developed a mathematical calculus for Project Planning to produce Project Plans that have less risk and cost. This meshes with his long-time interest in Agile implementation methods that compliment his knowledge of Waterfall and SDLC. Stuart’s background is throughout the implementation life-cycle and demonstrates a relentless focus on success that delivers business benefit. He has successfully delivered solutions that provide business benefits and are production-worthy. He accomplishes this by planning work that is fault tolerant and also by actively recognizing opportunities that become visible and exploiting them. An empathic nature motivates Stuart to engage with business users and compliments his strong analytical capabilities. He has performed both as Business Analyst and Project Manager; on some projects, he’s transitioned from performing the initial Business Analysis to Project Manager; this enabled better alignment of business requirements with technology in both the solution and its delivery. Implementations have spanned the Financial Services, CPG, Electronic, Retail, Industrial and other sectors with solutions in the ERP space including Advanced Planning, Forecasting, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Analytics and others.
