Stuarts a natural real estate and everyone's friend. Warm, kind and understanding of the real estate process, he and Laura, will guide you through each step of buying or selling your home, seamlessly. Originally from and educated in Southampton, England, Stuart majored in Economics. He has been visiting and living on Florida’s Gulf Coast for over 40 years. Having seen the development of our region from its infancy, he is passionate about helping others make the move and find their dream home on this slice of paradise. Stuart’s career spans for more than 4 decades and has provided him with a wealth of knowledge & experience working in the sports and fashion industry traveling through Europe, negotiating substantial sales contracts for many well-known worldwide global brands & clients, such as Puma, Burberry, Converse, BMW, and Coca Cola to name a few. Stuart also more recently worked in the golf industry with professional golfer Ian Poulter on his clothing line, when Ian reached No. 5 in the world golf rankings. Stuart’s strength is instantly tuning in to his customer’s wants and needs by listening. He has an exceptional knowledge of the local market, combined with an ability to communicate, offer great advice, then negotiate and optimize the best deal for his customers and work in concert to deliver an exceptional real estate experience whether you’re buying or selling a home with him. Stuart and his real estate business partner, Laura, are passionate about giving back to the community through their love of sport, notably soccer, golf and tennis. Laura was Director of Marketing at IMG Sports Academy in Bradenton for 17 years, working with tennis stars, Maria Sharapova, the Williams sisters, Andy Murray since teenagers. She has a wealth of knowledge in schooling and sports academies and her experience in how to bring young sport stars of the future & their families to the region makes her an expert in that area. Laura is also fluent in Spanish.
