About Stuart Mann

I have been with United Parcel Service since February 2012. I initially came to UPS to pay for my last semester of college, but I found great pride and fulfillment in my duties there. I was able to advance quickly from a package handler role to a full-time supervisor. In my current role, I lead a group of 10 part-time supervisors and 65 hourly employees to meet company performance and safety standards. My main role is to create a culture of motivation and positivity, communicating the day's plan to achieve individual and company success. I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual who is competitive and wants to be the best at what I do. I thrive under pressure and am proficient at adapting to changing conditions. I enjoy cultivating relationships with people and getting to know them on a personal level which I believe leads to improved teamwork and workplace culture. I maintain a positive attitude in times of stress and hold myself accountable to the highest standard of my job role. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at the University of Louisville in May of 2012. My interests outside of work involve numerous sports programs where I fulfill both team and leadership roles. I actively personal train individuals on the side and believe that personal health can enhance your mental well-being. I enjoy working with clients to achieve their goals and empowering them to believe they can achieve whatever they set their mind to.
