As an experienced strategic program and project portfolio manager, I've led transformative initiatives across construction, heavy industry, software and high-tech manufacturing sectors. My journey began in the demanding world of industrial construction as a mechanical engineer, progressing to managing high value projects for global aluminium producers. From there, I transitioned into the fast-paced realm of technology and FinTech, bringing my expertise in large-scale project delivery to a dynamic, high-growth environment. I'm passionate about transforming blank page concepts into fully realised solutions. I've revolutionised internal and customer processes, established business units and built high-performing international teams. My engineering background, combined with IPMA Level B certification and ICF coaching credentials, gives me a unique perspective on both the technical and human aspects of project and program delivery.
