Over 23 years ago, I founded Impact Services Ltd from the ground up with a simple vision: to provide professional, reliable, people-focused security and cleaning solutions. From those early days as a start-up, I have grown the business into a £20m+ turnover SME, trusted by organisations across corporate, retail, events, and the public sector. Along the way, we’ve built a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that keep people and places safe while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. What drives me is more than numbers. I believe in putting people first — investing in our front-line teams, supporting their development, and championing professional standards across the industry.
