My time with Deloitte in their Assurance and Advisory service lines gave me a solid foundation in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance—skills I’ve built on as I transitioned into leadership roles in the brewing world. Today, I oversee not just the financial health of our brewpubs, but also our retail beer, gin, and whisky operations. I leverage financial data, industry insights, and operational expertise to drive growth, whether that’s scaling our brewing operations, expanding our retail channels, or launching new product lines. I pride myself on building high-performing teams and aligning financial goals with business strategy.
