After several years joined Monster's advertising agency businesses, TMP Worldwide, which included recruitment advertising and yellow pages advertising services. Was involved in the company's growth at a senior level up to Group President of Asia Pacific for Monster Worldwide; responsible for employees and $400 million in sales. Spun-off TMP Directional Marketing from Monster Worldwide with private equity firm and managment team; led as CEO for 3 years and delivered 170% return on equity to investors and managment team through dividend re-cap. Jumped into healthcare recruiting with the acquisition of Prime Staff in 2008, a locum tenens business. Rebranded as Mint Physician Staffing and grew by 700% over the next 14 years until acquired October 2022 by Cross Country Healthcare (CCRN) a Nasdaq listed company with over $1 billion in market capitalization.
