About Stuart McLay

MBBS GCIPH FACEMI completed my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery studies in 2009 at the University of Western Australia, and have since worked in a variety of metropolitan and rural hospitals including Royal Perth Hospital, Peel Health Campus, Armadale Health Service and Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital. I commenced training with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine in in 2011 and was awarded Fellowship (FACEM) in March 2019. 2009 also saw the creation of SVBMedical, an event medical services business. It has since grown to become DeployED, a company providing medical services to expeditions, large sporting events, music festivals, combat sports and even the Western Australian Football League (WAFL).In 2014 I was elevated to the level of Instructor Course Instructor for the Australian Resuscitation Council’s Advanced Life Support Level 2 course.
