I've spent the last 13 years plus spent in the Construction, Development & Renovation industry. Key roles whilst managing several multi-family ground-up residential projects, SFR home renovations and acquiring, entitling & rehabbing over 30 properties in the SF Bay Area and LA Skills, responsibilities and experience include but are not limited to: • Deal analysis & acquisition • Financial modeling • Entitlement process including re-zoning vacant land, feasibility and design of ADU’s • Conversion of commercial units to live/work • Budget development & management • Bid management • Raising capital • Interacting with architects, engineers, city zoning and planning departments • Strategic planning involvement with PGE and EBMUD (private utility companies) • Design and material selection and procurement • Design Implementation & management • Construction & on-site project management • Interviewing contractors, crew acquisition and training • Quality control/code adherence • Implementing and following OSHA and Covid related regulations/policies • Client liaison and communication • Project reconciliation & close-out Prior to the Construction/Real Estate Industry- for 20 years I played in high energy marketing & design arena, forming my own business with three crazy like-minded partners. For 13 years we worked with start ups to Fortune 500 giants to start-ups and in the process, helped launch DSL, helped turn the worst performing region of Comcast into the top performing in just 9 months, helped MacWorld sell out 3 years in a row, helped several companies get acquired, and helped propel numerous career for those we worked with.
