About Stuart Morris

A motivated and focused manager and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a broad breadth of experience in dealing with individuals and teams to bring out the most in their abilities. With an aim to promote a friendly open working environment that ensures quality and productivity are the first thought. I am now helping the staff of the University of Lincoln review, automate and streamline their processes so that the student experience is improved and wastes and non-value adding process steps are eliminated. Through training, informal discussions and the running of events the aim is to embed a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring the staff are flexible and open to change within their daily routines and empowering them to come up with the solutions to issues they identify. Through the use of automation tools on routine processes we aim to increase capacity and improve the quality of work undertaken allowing staff to concentrate on the more complicated tasks.
