About Stuart Nicoll

We are facing an unprecedented future in the UK around the provision of care and housing. Shortages in suitable properties and amenities for those most vulnerable in society is a source of major concern. I am passionate about this sector, and strive to make inroads into the need for provision of properties fit for purpose. I feel my experience over the years, working closely with those in need when managing temporary accommodation in the homeless sector through to working on large scale property projects, then into boardrooms of successful businesses, has given me the necessary skills to excel. I have been involved in various charitable events over the years, with my most notable being a participant in 'Jailbreak'. This involved getting as far away from Aberdeen as possible in 36 hours without spending a penny. I, along with a friend, made it to Chicago! This included private jets, business lounges, and photos taken on the runway with a 747 Jumbo Jet. All round a fantastic experience which moulded me more than I realised at the time. We were able to raise over £2700 in a week, which went to the Universities Charities fund. I have continued my passion within this field, as I sit on the board of Charis Foundation. This is a not for profit Counselling Organisation who offer the highest levels of counselling to all members of society for free. Charis Foundation has won multiple awards over the years (including the Queens Jubilee Award among others), and continues to be a leader in its field. WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU? I manage a team of Business Sector Leads who each specialise in a specific Sector, ranging across Homelessness, Children's Services, Elderly Care, Adult Complex Needs and Specialised Supported Living. As a company we can assist in meeting the demand for suitable properties which will better enhance the lives of the individuals that will call them home.
