About Stuart Pawlak

I'm a creative problem solver who loves to learn new things. Through my career, I've enjoyed teaching people while forging relationships with them - many of which I maintain to this day. I gravitate towards opportunities that allow me to help others hone their abilities and bring them to the next level as well as areas where I can develop deep mastery of content and train it in an engaging and memorable way. In my current position, I primarily train Physicians on how to do more robust build in the software they provide clinical care to patients in. This is a fun and unique opportunity to be able to communicate with those who have influence at their organization and try to bring highly complex technical content to a level that is accessible to those who have deep, deep clinical knowledge driving their decisions. I not only train 6 unique courses on this build, but well over 15 others that are geared towards workflow training for those who are about to be using the software in their day-to-day patient cares, but also an internal 3-part workshop on maximizing your own growth at the company through creating fruitful connections with your Team Lead. Through my tenure I've gotten involved in division-wide projects, our usability group, as well as many smaller pods focused on specific parts of our training delivery and training tools. Since late 2019, I also took over co-owning our new trainer group that puts together monthly presentations to help them to continue to fill out their 'trainer shoes' as quickly and as comprehensively as possible!
