About Stuart Pearce

The majority of my working life has been spent at Flowbird (Previously Parkeon) where I have worked in many different capacities over my time there. Starting off as a Configuration Engineer responsible for implementing customer requirements, moving up to a Technical Lead where I was directly involved with the customers gathering requirements to eventually becoming the Team Leader of the Implementation Team where I was responsible for providing tasks to people, training their skills within the role and ensuring that the project work was delivered to a high standard.I have now moved into a role where I am working alongside the Product Manager of the new Back Office software in an Agile environment, this involves working directly with stakeholders as well as the software developers. Creating and maintaining Backlogs and Sprints as well as prioritising the backlog items.
