I am the Head of Partnerships at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)- London’s key hub for the business community. We support members’ businesses through a range of services, advocate on behalf of London’s business community in the most important forums of policy debate, and promote ‘Global London’ as the best city in the world to do business – whether that’s to trade, invest, learn, or find new commercial partners. Patron membership is designed for organisations who wish to be part of LCCI’s policy impact agenda, providing progressive thought-leadership and collaborative problem solving to influence London’s position as a world city. LCCI Partnerships are opportunities to play a leading role working alongside LCCI providing much needed support and advice to London’s business community with a platform to showcase and promote partner services, a positioning as trusted advisers and a profile as champions of industry. Background: I have partnerships and account management, project management and budget management experience. I have over 20 years professional experience at Board level, including 10 years at membership organisations - the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), NHS Clinical Commissioners (NHSCC) and Londonwide LMCs (LLMCs) as well as the City of London Corporation. I have worked with clients across a whole range of sectors including public and private, health, property and construction, transport and infrastructure, international trade, logistics & supply chain, technology, sustainability, professional services, education, hospitality and leisure. Across my career I have managed a wide range of projects including membership fee modelling, membership offer and client service reviews, business analysis reviews of CRM and multiple Board effectiveness review projects. I played a key project management role in a number of high profile and complex projects including the creation of two £50m City Academies, the merger of the Museum of London and the Museum in Docklands and creation of the Museum of London Group. I have managed multi disciplinary teams, income and expenditure budgets of over £1million, lead on board reporting and contracting. I have extensive experience of negotiating and liaising with leading financial and public sector individuals including FTSE 100 Company Board Level Directors and Aldermen of the City of London.
