I help financial services technology teams with great products and services solve meaningful problems. I firmly believe that no product or tool has value - value is only derived or assigned when it solves a meaningful problem. My strength is bringing more structure to the sales process in order to deliver improved sales strategy, scalability, repeatability and data-driven revenue growth. I started my career in finance and moved into technology - spending time at HPE, AWS, and software and consulting startups along the way. Over more than a decade in direct sales, I have delivered on customer expectations and my executive partners/customers will tell you I'm a good listener, thoughtful connector, and insightful problem solver. My sales teams will tell you that I care deeply about their success and mentor them each as individuals. My sweet spot as a sales leader is communicating clear expectations, a common process, and a shared vision for how we create pipeline, turn that into revenue, and grow together with our customers as they achieve ROI from our partnership.
