Stuart is an MBA-qualified Senior Executive with extensive leadership experience across a range of sectors and disciplines, including- Capital markets and corporate finance- Corporate and business development- International financial markets- Identification and execution of strategic opportunities- General management / P&L responsibility. During his 10 years with Macquarie, Stuart demonstrated an ability to objectively analyse organisational and client requirements to formulate, manage and deliver the strategies necessary to achieve the desired goals. Managing broad and diverse teams in the successful delivery of highly complex transactions, he earned a reputation as a pragmatist who excels in highly challenging, demanding environments. Enthusiastic and outgoing, Stuart is adept at establishing rapport and developing strong, sustainable and collaborative relationships both internally and externally. A personable and persuasive communicator, he is able to engage with the most demanding, sophisticated and informed stakeholders or investors. Stuart has also gained significant senior leadership experience in his role as President of Portsea Surf Life Saving Club, a not-for-profit, volunteer emergency service.
