Strengths: Excellent communication skills dealing with colleagues & customers, able to quickly grasp technical and commercial understanding of important topics enabling the provision of solutions to problems, fast learner, Marketing, managerial skills, lots of experience in the IT/Telecoms/sales market in both technical and managerial positions. Weaknesses: I will tell it how it is, i am critical (but not negative) I cannot abide sycophantic behaviour. The only way to grow is to identify faults and successes and to learn from them.
