About Stuart Scott
Whilst my background is in rapid prototyping and industrial model making, a change in career in 2005 resulted in my appointment as the Health and Safety Advisor for the Cardiff Metropolitan university, a role which established my current interest in occupational health and wellbeing management. Recognising the changing shape of Occupational health, safety and wellbeing, my interests continue to focus upon the development, implementation and promotion of sustainable occupational Health & Wellbeing strategies and interventions in the workplace; and subsequently their effects on employee engagement, health and attendance. In addition to teaching I'm also undertaking a part time PhD exploring stress within the head teaching profession.
