Stuart specialises in the delivery of complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes in government and private sector. He is a strong delivery-focused leader who excels at implementing business critical changes to systems supporting key operational services. He has experience of delivering a broad range of change, including bespoke digital applications, third-party solutions, cloud and infrastructure, large scale data migrations, strategy definition and implementation, regulatory change, new operating models, products, services and process improvements. Stuart is proficient in both agile and waterfall delivery approaches and in leading programmes using a combination of methodologies. He has established and managed Project Management Offices, and has led supplier procurement, engagement and management activities, and service management design and transition.
