As a scrum master, I facilitate agile processes and practices for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and key results (OKRs). I also manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and resolve impediments, while fostering a collaborative and transparent culture. In addition, I leverage my transferable skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, which I developed as the founder and operator of a reliable and professional chauffeur, taxi and private hire service. My mission is to empower teams to deliver value to customers and stakeholders, and to continuously improve their performance and satisfaction. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have earned several relevant certifications.
