Throughout my 15+-year career as an IT Technician and Network Administrator, I have established a reputation for delivering analytical and innovative solutions to both internal and external clients. My history includes executing business-critical projects and deployments, facilitating client training and education, strengthening and stabilizing systems to support software requirements, and promoting overall organization mission and goals. Forging collaborative and trusting relationships with internal and external clients has been a key pillar of my success. I have developed a well-honed ability to gather and assess client needs, and implement effective solutions. Notable career achievements include: • Migrated Domain Name System (DNS) and administered support for over 200 clients. • Bridged IT support gap for small-business clients; resolved critical issues. • Stabilized client environments and optimized performance of BuzSoftware products. • Executed configuration of IIS webservers, published websites, and services. Additionally, I have an extensive history of delivering effective and instructive troubleshooting support, including remote, phone, email, and deskside support.
