I devoted three years full-time to purchasing and refurbishing 15 properties across London, Gloucester, and the North East, ensuring they were habitable, rentable, and suitable for refinancing. I have now transitioned these property assets into business as usual operations, implementing streamlined management processes that now require minimal oversight.
