In life I have been around a bit, gaining experience in working with the public and voluntary sectors. My experiences can be listed in the following categories- Tactical Front Line Service Delivery- Incident Response, Management & Investigation - Customer Service- Police & Voluntary Sector Training - Advisory / Advocate Representation - Volunteer Sector Management Previous roles include- Customer Service - Duty Mangagment (Heritage & Museum)- Police Officer- Trainer- Assessor, Internal Verifier- Health and Safety Advisor- Staff Representation and Colleague Advocasy- Volunteer Safeguarding Manager As a trainer I have broad experience from Police Initial Training to Continuous Professional Development including First Aid, Health and Safety and safeguarding (volunteer sector). I have also worked in assessment and internal verification to Diploma level 3 on the QCF. My qualifications include: BA (Hons) Post Compulsory Eucation and Training Cert Ed IOSH - Managing Safety CMI Level 3 Award in Neighbourhood Management Level 3 Certificate in Managing Diversity in the Workplace A1 Assessors Award Internal Verifiers Award (IQA) First Aid at Work I am IT literate with experience of using IT systems in service & training delivery. I am used to working in business and training environments. I use good communication skills allowing me to both manage and lead as required. I enjoy the challenges of working in a team environment and under my own supervision. I have experience of identifying and developing work skills in others. Mentoring and coaching in the statutory and voluntary sectors. I hold a UK Driving licence.
