As a Paint/Blast Shop Team Leader for 17 years and an Icorr Paint Inspector (Level 2) and ICATS Trainer for 10 years, working on high quality steel bridges, wind turbine tower sections, tubular sections and heavy plated structural steelwork. I am highly adaptable and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to organise and motivate others and able to work to strict deadlines and specifications.
