About Stuart Walsh

Stuart has extensive experience in project management, having lead and worked within multi-disciplinary teams on a wide range of commercial, industrial and state government projects. He has over 17 years experience of working with engineers, contractors, designers and facility operators on small and large scale infrastructure construction projects. Stuart understands the intricate relationships between these parties helping him to focus his project management skills on defining, managing and delivering first class results. He has a solid project engineering background along with a foundation in mechanical design. Stuart has acted as the A&E Project Manager on a number of projects where he has ensured their successful execution and completion, meeting defined time-scales, quality standards and objectives while maintaining excellent working relationships with the client. Stuart has gained considerable network infrastructure and wireless communications experience acting for various clients as a member of the construction and engineering project teams. This included preparing and presenting project proposals, cost benefit analysis, applying for permitting, project management from initiation through execution, commissioning and handover. As a project manager this experience has been most beneficial in ensuring the smooth transition of projects from inception through construction and onto final handover to the customer.
